Locality Forum
Each of the six Children's Centres has its own locality forum, made up of parents, local community groups, agencies and partners. These forums support us in delivering the Full Core Offer and working together to meet the needs of the community we serve.

Each forum will report to the Harlow Children's Centre Advisory Board, which will then report to the West Essex Children's Trust Board and Essex County Council, to ensure the best use of government funding.
