Room Hire

The Harlow Children's Centre Network have rooms to hire in most of their centres suitable for groups with up to 120 people. 

Please prices below. Rates of hire vary depending on the type of organisation hiring the rooms. There are three different tariffs as follows:

Band 1: Voluntary Groups - Charities, community groups, voluntary sector bodies(rates are negotiable at Manager’s discretion)

Band 2: Standard Rate - Statutory services, Local Authority, District Council, private/ independent sector, local colleges.(No charge for routine activities delivered as part of the Core Offer. Charge for one-off meetings etc.)

Band 3: Commercial Rate - Commercial companies, any organisation hiring a room for a purpose that is not related to normal Children’s Centre function.

• Charges will apply per hour.

• Out of hours (evening or weekend) use will incur additional security charge of £32 (unless the responsible person is a key holder).

• Hire of equipment @ £10 per item per session (e.g.: flip chart and pens, projector, laptop etc.)
